Next Steps: Foster Care & Adoption Initiative Meeting

Have you ever wondered how you, your church, or your business could get involved in addressing foster care in Metro Richmond? We've put together a Next Steps event just for you! Spend your lunch hour with those who have been serving in the space for years and those who are exploring involvement for the first time. Come learn more about how we are better together.

For Richmond invites you to join us for the Next Steps: Foster Care & Adoption Initiative meeting on October 24th. Lunch will be provided. It would be a joy to spend the lunch hour with you and other leaders from over 30 different churches and organizations as we consider how we can work together to serve the children in care in Metro Richmond!  

On Tuesday, October 24th from 11:30am-1:00pm at the UTurn Training Room (2101 Maywill Street), we will:

1. Learn about specific resources and partners in the 6 areas of engagement

2. Begin developing a plan to start or expand the ministry in your church or raise 

    awareness of foster care in your workplace

3. Connect with churches, agencies and businesses in your locality to get to know

one another and consider ways you could partner
